WHO WE ARE…
Great golf. Life long friends.
Welcome to the Remuera Golf Club
Having been established in 1934, the Remuera Golf Club has a very proud history. In its graceful, woodlands setting, Remuera is one of Auckland’s premiere golf clubs, renowned for its friendliness and the wonderful warmth extended to guests, all within 15 minutes of the central city. Both our Velocity Range and Open Range are cornerstones of the club, providing the public with an opportunity to experience golf in a truly unique way.
The Velocity Range, completed in 2021, is a two-storey complex that boasts 16 bays, suitable for both competitive and social fun. Hospitality services are available across both ranges and so too are the renowned Toptracer technologies, which allow visitors to track their shots and play interactive games on the range. The Velocity Range is unique however, in the fact that it features surround-sound audio systems and climate-controlled temperatures, delivering to Auckland a venue that is unrivalled anywhere else in New Zealand.
With the very latest lighting towers, evening and night play at both ranges is a real game-changer. Whether after work or an evening out with friends or family, playing under lights will appeal to seasoned players, range rivals, friends, family members, and even first-time golfers. It’s very picturesque and some would even dare to say romantic.
At RGC we welcome you whether for Fun, Social, Practice, or Play … so Comeplay today.
Please note under Government Guidelines all players and guests must be double vaccinated and have a valid vaccine pass.
Our Social Responsibility
Remuera Golf Course was the first, and still one of only a handful of courses in New Zealand, to be fully Geo-Certified for environmental sustainability.
We actively plant native trees, support the introduction of native species to our course, and are partnered with the Department of Conservation to reach a pest-free New Zealand by 2050.
We actively look for ways to save water, recycle and improve our environmental footprint. Golf courses around the world are increasingly vital to the well-being of the ecosystem, providing space for wildlife and fauna to flourish in an increasingly urban world.
